Ford M37?

I stripped a M37 door down to the bare steel recently, and there, big as
life, was the Ford script logo "printed" on the door. Unfortunately, I
didn't have my camera, and I didn't want it to rust, so I painted it.
Anybody know anything about this....it seems unlikely that Dodge would have
farmed out door production. Perhaps Ford supplied steel to Dodge, and ideas?
