That filter base is standard on the 2AO42-III, used on the 5KW genset. I
guess you could put one on a mule, but I don't know why you would want to. I
suppose if you had a big pile of PH8 type filters or free supply, you might
want to convert. The NAPA 1514 run about $5 to $7.
