David you should consider publishing it electronically -
write it in MIcrosoft Word/Lotus Word Pro, etc, and then either email a pdf
file,
or burn it on CD and sell CD. It works !!!!
Please be sure to post to the list when you publish it - there
are a number of us here in Vermont who would be interested.
The idea to publish it yourself on paper is also not that far-fetched.
Its not that bad, just requires your own investment up front.
I have written a number of textbooks going with Kluwer
Academic Publishers in Norwell Massachusetts. They do not
print color however. It might be worth a try.
