This is something that has always puzzled me. When you hear Americans
talk and they ask each other where they are from, universally they
say the name of the state and not the town/city name (unless they are
from New York or San Fran or L.A.). Whereas the rest of the English
speaking world would say something like "Bath, 100 miles south west of
London" or "Broken Hill, 700 miles west of Sydney".
But for some reason geocentricity kicks in on international forums
(such as this one). How many times have we seen "For sale, M37 phone
XXX-XXXXXXXX" on this list?
I believe there are several "London"s in the USA, so do be careful
what you commit to....................... :-)

You know what comes next don't you? "You are going to sell all that
junk so we can buy a new XXXXX (usually a house)".
I had all vehicles when I got married. Fran is fully aware that she
married me and my tanks.
