Hi List,
Has anyone tried to take a M1008 and convert the engine settup to be
like the M1010
so that they could install an air conditioning compressor.
It appears that all that is necessary is to replace the drive pulley
with one that has an additional sheeve
relocate the left hand alternator over to the right side, and then
install the air conditioning compressor in its place.
But, as we all know, there are always all these little "gptchas"
that lurk around waiting to bite you in the tail.
Any help along these lines is greatly appreciated.
