Completeness, Stu. They are fairly readily available as cab and chassis,
but original pickup bodies are at a premium though repros are available.
There are a lot of trucks out there which have civilian hard cabs
transplanted onto military open cab frames, so check that the frame and
cab match (or adjust price accordingly) Vintage Power Wagons for parts,
John Eickhof is doing steam bent hood bows. An ideal candidate for
restoration would have all the major structural components present and
matching, including the 'right' engine, (T112, T207, T211, T215)
If you find an earlier 1940 VC T202 pickup buy that instead, despite the
parts hassle and weaker chassis, but those are particularly liable for the
cab swop.
