Hentzen Coatings of Milwaukee sells CARC paint (Zenthane), but only to paint
shops, not individuals. So you need a buddy with a paint shop to get it for
you. It is sold only in gallon cans and is about $70/gal. They also sell a
good epoxy primer for it.
