Jim

Looks to be about the vintage of a Boeing 707. I have a book on the 707
but it really doesn't give me a good look at the engineer's panels, but
looks to have similarities. To narrow it the aircraft of course will
have 4 engines and should be a Turbine or Turboprop. Going by the 4 oil
temp gages it looks like they are for the constant speed drives (CSD)
which drive the generators and keep them at a speed to maintain 400
cycles a.c. (CSD's are used on Turbines to keep a desired generator
speed). It's got to be older as it looks like the CSD's can be adjusted
which place it fairly old. All the CSD's I have seen are all internally
self-speed controlled.

Just my observation
