All the CVRT series, Scorpion et al, are torsion bar suspended. The bars
are offset and run right across the vehicle. At one end of each bar is the
hub assembly. The other end of each torsion bar has a groove machined in it
which locates with a very small lug screw which is accessed through a small
hole driven up through the floor plate from the underside of the hull. We
are talking an aluminium hull here, so if it has been dragged over some nice
rocky surfaces, the outer sides of the hull floor are bound to be distorted
and the little holes for the lug screw will have disappeared at the same
time. If you are trying to pull off the hub and torsion bar assembly as one
piece, you can pull forever using biggerer and bigger devices but you wont
get the tosion bar out till you free the lug screw.
