In no particular order....
Depending on condition, somewhere between 500 and 10000 dollars.
If you are looking at this as a collectable, a restored gasser would be more
desirable than a multifuel. Gassers were surplused some time ago, and many
have already succumbed to destruction at the hands of commercial users. Also,
the military had a program to repower these as multifuels. Built as multifuel
trucks are still being surplused, and clean unmodified ones are readily
available.
From the standpoint of someone who is actually going to use the truck, the
multifuel is easier to maintain, faster, and more powerful (and louder).

Look for rust beneath the doors, at the bottom of the vent door, inside the
cab around edge, and at lower bottom rear edge of front fenders.
The automatic sprag which has had so much list traffic can cause trouble if
abused, but don't let that scare you away.
These run real well considering they are fifty years old...while today and
old, modest size truck, when new these were big trucks, and so sophisticated
as do be almost science fiction.
Memphis Equipment (901-774-0600), among others can supply virtually every
part of this truck.

Hope this helps,
David
