Have tried several times to download manuals from eTM's section of
LOGSA, & repeatedly get unauthorized access warnings. Even for the camo
pattern TB 43-0209 just listed by Ike. I thought public access TM's
were supposed to be available to the public (...imagine that).

System access request page states they will only approve access for
government employees, contractors, etc.

Any hope left of gaining access to LOGSA for the rest of us poor
taxpayers?
