Neil,
Thanks for pointing people to my tag bracket/light site. Two 1/4"
holes get drilled in the truck's light bracket to mount the assembly.
Locate which wire is for the tail light, strip about 1-1/4" of insulation
from the tag light wire, insert the bare wire into the *female end of
the tail light connector and reconnect to the *male end. Of course,
if you have a Y connector and what you need to convert the tag
light wire to M-Series, you can go that route.
As to the front tag, NJ does not require it to be illuminated, so I
drill two 1/4" holes as low as I can in the right front fender bracket
and bolt the plate on there. Yeah, I know it's not as visible as
mounting it on the bumper, that's why I put it there.
