What Andreas is saying is that you can spend a lot of money to find a
dog. Worse still if it is now on your side of the ocean when you
discover it is a dog. Andreas "only" had to drive to Switzerland to
check out a KK.

Last I heard it only cost about $600 east coast USA to Britain and
back, real cheap AND you get to see the old world and drive on the
correct side of the road (per history). ;-)
But the big advantage is that you can eyeball the vehicle. Even more
so YOU CAN DRIVE IT BEFORE BUYING IT, the single most important thing
when considering a Ferret. No drive - no buy.
