Hi list,

Jim should have also mentioned what he learned from a Marine about his
deuce... There is a "Governor" in it, that limits how much throttle you can
give. It is simply a large bolt under the gas pedal, and we were able to
remove it in the field.

I must conquer with Joe. My deuce does 60 quite easily, and has
plenty of punch left and could probably go to 65 if I wanted to
violate the big red arrow. Of course I would never do that.

Now coming to a stop from 60 MPH in less than a mile or two is a whole
'nother can of worms, at least with my deuce. (It isn't quite THAT
bad.)
