Gene,
The SF97 is placed in GL's name by the DRMO. We have no control over this
policy established by the DRMO. We buy the vehicle from the DRMO before you
buy it from us which causes the SF97 being placed in our name. We have
tried to get this changed without any success so far.

Why not save the title transfer money for GL and the MV buyer and let the
SF97 be used by the MV owner?
