The sad truth is that although this may be correct it will cost him money
to uphold this. Rights are definitely not free in this country. A suit
will first be filled then he will have to get a lawyer to file a motion
to supress based on this prior ruling. They will then appeal or take it
up a notch, essentially outspending you. The news media would probably be
your only free way out. In other words you counter their outspending
tactic with a bad press tactic. Call CNN ASAP before they file and you're
forced to have to respond (with a lawyer). You may want to call the
Attorney General for your state also or your local BAR. If it's an
interesting case for them they may take it on for free.
