Our MVPA chapter is considering buying an M55 from a local salvage yard
to use as our clubvehicle. It has a few things missing but is in really
good shape. My questions are as follows:
How much would a distributor and plug wire set cost?
How much would a carburator cost?
How many canvas sets are used for the bed, this has almost double thebed
length as my M35?
What are the specs for the motor(HP, torque, displacement, etc.)?
What would a PTO cost for one or at leadt a cover plate?
Would it be possible to flat tow one about 20 miles with an M35?
What is the vehicle weight(no cargo with fuel and fluids)?
And finally how hard is it to get parts for them?
