Large truck tire shops deal with this type of tire all the time. By
large, I mean 25 to 32 in. rims and bigger, that means 6 ft. tires and
up. The application is big Cats and big Euc loaders and dumps. There is
no civilian split radials ( with those O-rings ) smaller than 25 in. rims
that I know of and thats why only large truck tire shops even have a clue
how to deal with them. I have tried to order 20 in. O-rings for my 14.00
x 20 super singles through the ( civilian ) tire stores and get only "
sorry 25 is as small a they make".
If anyone has the manufacturer web or tel. no. for the military
contracter for the 20 in. radial O-rings, please post it.
