Many, many thanks to Dave Dolye and Ronzo. I'll give those tricks
a try. I did verify that the little lever inside was stuck, got it loose,
but still a no start, so I'll try Dave's idea. This was the info that I
was looking for. I post how we make out, though I peobably won't
work on it today. Other projects will take my time, like a scoot ride.
