I just heard about this on Slash Dot. There's a new clearing house
for info on Cease and Desist letters that corporations send to people
about web sites they deem to be stepping on their corporate toes.
They compile letters, answer questions and point out relevant case
law and legal problems with the letters. Something for the folks at
Caddilac Gage? Likely sending the letter to this group would be a
very good thing to do.
