Here's what I got:

They are all 4-3/8" high.

The first one is 5-3/8" from the front edge.

They are 1-3/4" from the top edge.

The first three are punched 3/8" OUT, and not punched INTO the panel at all.

The rest are punched 3/8" IN and 3/8" OUT.

They are 1-15/16" apart.

Hope this will help
