Well, if you're lucky enough to have a Dingo and want something that'll
drive at 60 for 14 hours - just drive the Dingo.....
You'll only have to use about 3/4 throttle, and even the fuel bill won't
be that high. Special equipment - a good pair of glasses for the bugs and
a phone to call the rescue services when the people you overtake drive off
the road in surprise becuase you've turned the gunners seat round so the
passenger can look backwards and they think it's just reversed past them
at 70 mph or so. The usual term for these beasts is the 'armoured E-type'
Got that teeshirt - tremendous machine and a whole lot nicer to run than a
Ferret. The only disadvantage is that you really can't tow start them -
it wrecks the gearbox just like everyone says.
For extra enjoyment find someone with a 'stinger' and run over it - they
can retire waiting for Dingo tyres to go flat.( kidding - honest)
