Aren't we talking about three completely different things here? A "dolly, lift transportable" makes a 4 wheel trailer out of a shelter. The front axil will steer and will quickly point in the opposite direction from the one you want it to go when you back up.
 
a converter dolly makes a fifth wheel trailer able to be pulled from a pintal hook.
