Dave has a valid point. If you drive between Tallahassee and Perry Fla.,in
the panhandle, you will see log trucks with bent up
trailers going down the road "crabbing" like a sailboat on the upwind
leg. They are barely operable and lack adequate brakes and
lights most of the time. They also do 70 mph plus. The sad part of this
whole thing is that if one "deuce" got in an accident it would
be on the nightly news as the next big crusade.
