Can anyone tell me what the bumper markings mean for a 1968 M715
It was camouflaged and has at least the following on the bumper:

VII VN {unknown}
    _______
   /_______\
  O o ||||||| o O
[ VII VN ### ]
 [] []

Someone back a while gave me some nformation but I have not been able to
follow the trail to good
