Sounds like it is time to take all the wires off the starter and clean the
connections and hit the bugger a couple of times with a hammer... reconnect
the wires and check the relay above the starter on the block and do the
same... See if it clicks when you push the button... If that OK you take
the starter out and have it rebuilt or change it out with another one... RAM
