1st get the proper front tire pressure.
2nd Check the tierod ends for looseness
3rd Check the draglink and steering box for looseness
4th Check the wheelbearing for the proper setting (tightness)
5th check the steering knuckle (trunion) bearings. They may have a bad spot
on them.
My guess: 1 or 5
