HISTORY
The M.V.T. is the oldest and largest military vehicle collectors club in
Europe, formed in 1969 by enthusiasts and collectors of military vehicles.
From being a local group it has now grown into an international organisation
with several thousand members world-wide.
In the early days the vehicles were mainly of World War II vintage as these
were the most readily available. Now members have vehicles ranging from the
First World War to the present day and including every type from the classic
Jeep to Tanks. They come not just from the west but also from former Eastern
Block counties, something that would not have been possible only a few years
ago. Examples of most types will be on display at the Show,
