M1009-->Fuel leaking from drain hose on fuel filter base..

Hello List,

I am experiencing leakage from the drain hose on my Fuel filter
assembly. I have changed out the filter and bled it. On my manual it
lists (shows) two seals to be changed with filter. These go on the both
the vent plug (top) and the drain cock poppet. Has anyone had experience
with obtaining these seals and or for that matter a rebuild kit for the
same??
