Yes the jdbgmgr.exe is a hoax. If you are running Windows 2000 Professional
the file jdbgmgr.exe is located under Winnt\System32 and if you erase or
delete it, the file will reappear. You can not damage your system. The file
is automatically replaced by Windows. You can delete it a 100 times and it
still comes back in seconds. I have no idea what happens in Windows 98 or
98SE.
