If all you want to do is stop kids from flooding the carb, why not just
disconnect the quick connect link on the throttle, the vertical one with
the ball and socket... it pulls right out and that would solve your
problem. If on the other hand you just don't want kids in the vehicle,
the ROPS netting would be the way to go.
