M1010 CUCV Ambulance problem

I am helping resurrect an M1010 CUCV Ambulance for a local museum(it
was flooded up tp the bottom og the windshield), since we installed
the new starter on it donated by a Terry Soden, it starts and runs
great, however it will not charge. Is there a high amp fuse that
needs replaced as a number of other items do not work including turn
signals, lights, and wipers move at a rather lethargic rate. Was
wondering what the list knew about this problem,
