CUCV Alternator Question

The #2 light use to come on when starting, now it doesn't. Once started
the light glows but only very dim, in fact you really have to look at it
to notice it is on. Never did this before. Would come on as #1 did
and once started go out.....

Acts like the diode is going out.

Any suggestions or ideas on this problem.
