M35 speedometer drive adapter (1100x20 tires)

For a couple of years now I have been (perhaps halfheartedly) looking for the
correct drive unit to give the proper speedometer reading after changing to
singles (1100x20 tires) on my deuce. I have the larger tires on hand, but
have not actually installed them as of yet.
Nobody seems to know where to find these buggers. The part number, as far as
I know, is 2500-00-404-3098 and the gear ratio is supposed to be 0.200:1 as
opposed to 0.167:1 for the vehicle equipped with 900x20 tires. This adapter
mounts on the transfer case.
Appreciate any advice on this.
