Hi List...
Wow, is this a perfect question for this list!
A friend recently bought a mil HMMWV from an importer who supposedly
brought it over directly from Saudi Arabia.
Now he's having trouble registering it.
He says he has the "mil equiv of the VIM number and the form that
officially de-mils the vehicle, and even a copy of the bill of sale
from the DOD to the importer's agent in Saudi". I assume this means
the Form 97 and the bill of sale.
What does he need to do to get it registered from this point?
He will register it in Nevada if that makes any difference.
