Rereading my first post I failed to say that the
40,000# rating was for a 4" strap. My 6" strap is
rated at 65,000# and quite simply can't be broken with
a deuce or a 5ton unless it gets cut. We use 12"
straps when recovering rolled equipment in the field
but thats using commercial "C" class wreckers!
