I've had real good luck on marks from the marker pens with Lacquer Thinner.
Make sure it won't effect the base paint first, but lacquer thinner,
available almost everywhere, will do an excellent job on both markers and
glue. Haven't tried on grease pencil, but would be worth a shot.
