another thought on "electric armour"

There are an awful lot of RPGs and similar weapons that will be ineffective
against this new, first-rate armour. But if the whole success of this armour
is that the incoming material is electrically conductive and thus short the
capacitance, how long will it take before "they" find a similar material but
nonconductive?
