Sounds like a fuel bladder..used to store fuel..in places like the desert
and on water...Used in Desert Storm and the Navy used a lot of them as
well..stored fuel and fresh water..in the water..!!
They sell cheap..and some folks in the mountains bury them with water in
them for the fire department to use them in case of a fire..It cuts down on
house insurance..Gene
