Steve.. sounds like the first version of the black out light... They were
refered to as Blue Louver Lights as it was a downward projected beam... The
early Harleys had em and so did the early Dodge and ton and a half
Chevies..I seem to remember seeing a cast one once, but most were in a
stamped bucket with removeable bulbs unlike the later sealed units... RAM
