For Trucks like M37's that are in areas
where they do not run around in cold weather
(I live in Silicon Valley)
Is there anything against using 140Wt gear oil
in differentials and gear boxes??

My gear guru here says "better refrain from sulfer component lube for brass or bronze...not good for them at all".....he builds transmissions and rearends every day for heavy truck applications......
