Dave you are very correct. They are called "Pro-words" and the system is
called "Conivor". They are monitoring all telephone calls, emails and maybe
all the other forms of communications too. This is all done by computer
automatically. Once the computer gets a hit with a certain combination of
Pro-words the message is then read by a real live person to determine if it
needs further action.
