If driving is a right, why do you bother paying for the license, insurance,
registration, etc.??
Try explaining to a peace officer that he can't have your car towed, because
it is your RIGHT to drive. Try explaining to the Colorado Motor Vehicle
Dept., that they can't take your license to drive away because you PAID for
it an dit is your right. I think you will have a hard time getting them to
