You can usually buy the tow ring (called properly a "lunette", ( "small
moon")) at the following places:
Auto parts store that caters to RV's and trailers
Tractor / agriculture supply stores
Welding shops
Truck supply places that sell snowplows, towtruck apparatus, etc.
Mail order from places like Northern Hydraulics, etc.
Sometimes you get lucky, and find an old farmer, with old farm stuff, and you
can cut the lunette off of some implement.
