Interesting post.. thanks. I got a pair of these also.. an old buddy of
my dad's was moving and got one from his moving sale when I was a kid.
Mine are marked US Navy Mark 21 F.S.S.C. 88-B-320. Made by Square D
corp Flushing NY. These also have flip up "sun-glasses" in the eye
piece. This guy was a co-pilot on a B-24 doing sub hunting in the
North Atlantic based out of the UK or someplace.
