Three come to mind, depending on how much you have to
spend.
1) The armor musuem at Bovington, England. Fantastic
collection.
2) The armor museum in Saumer(sp?) in France. Very
nice, including the only running Tiger II tank.
3) The armor museum at Kubinka, outside Moscow, USSR.
Second to none, including the German Maus and one of
the 60cm "Karl" SP mortars.
If you have to remain in the states, the Patton Museum
at Ft. Knox or hit the Aberdeen Proving Ground in
Maryland.
