3 to 7 psi from in tank pump. ( and then 35-70 psi when engine running,
depending on rpm ) is fuel tank full? filling tank will submerge
everything, but 1/2 tank should submerge enough of the pump. have you
opened bleeder for long enough?? you may lose some fuel in the process,
but this is unavoidable.
