If one seal is leaking, then chances are that the one on the other side
needs to be replaced also. It is a fair size job, but working with an open
axle housing makes it possible to easily push the seal out from the opposite
end using a long bar. Put pressure on the bar and tap it gently with a large
hammer. For installation, use a PVC pipe of the proper diameter cut nice
and square.
