If I have the choice, I will always choose FedEx ground. The prices are
much cheaper (especially on heavy items). The service is faster. Many seem
to complain about the drivers, but realize, they are independent
contractors, and they provide a service. If their customers are not happy,
then they will choose to go somewhere else. Therefore, they tend to go out
of their way to make people happy.
