HI all,
Well, it seems this might be a good place to say this to others.
I have a friend, he is a WWII vet, and served as an instructor for bomb
sights. He could work on them and teach their use.
I wouldn't have a clue what to ask him, but, he's getting pretty well up
there, and his health is deteriorating. I'm thinking someone might want to
pick his brain for good info. I know no one uses them here, but might know
of someone looking to talk to him.
I haven't approached the subject with him, but I know he is kind of lonely,
and might like to share his knowledge with others.
If any one wants, I can ask him if he'd like to email/talk with others.
Sorry for the off MV topic, but I'd hate for someone to say "gee, I wish I
could have asked him......."
Happy Holidays,
Henry
